Gunslinger Girl Opening and Ending Theme

This series set in the current Italy recounts the struggle of an anti-terrorist group of the Italian Government, that acts undercover to using as a cover name "Social Welfare Corporation", against the terrorist group in the Republic. The song "The Light Before We Land" by Scottish indie rock band The Delgados was used as the opening theme. The  Ending Theme is "Dopo Il Sogno" (After the dream) by Opus.

This using a new project in which pick up girls aged between 8 and 14, who have lost their ability to lead a normal life by various circumstances they improve their bodies with cybernetic parts and are subjected to a process called "Conditioning", that is neither more nor less than a manipulation of their minds they erase the memories so get whatever weapons able to kill anyone without hesitation, remorse-free and perfect.

Officially, the public Social Welfare Corporation is a corporation covered by the Government of Italy that is dedicated to saving lives. But in reality, an experimental technology agency granted to terminally ill patients is another chance in life, incorporating them implants mechanics so that they take care of the dirty work of the Government. Henrietta, who has survived the massacre of her family, awakened in the Corporation with a rebuilt body and with no memory of his past. She has been rescued by Giuseppe, responsible for your training and turn it into a real machine kill.
