Pokémon is a franchise created by Satoshi Tajiri 1996, especially in this video game in the series published by Nintendo. The franchise is also exploited in the form of anime, the manga, and trading card games.
In the animated series namesake, the main character, Ash Ketchum, travel through various fictitious countries in order to catch new kinds of monsters namesake, a concept that is also found in the video games of the franchise.
In the Pokémon world, animals in the real world does not exist. The world is full of Pokémon creatures that live in harmony with humans , but have skills impossible for animals in the real world, such as spitting fire as Charizard , or generate large amounts of electricity , such as Magnemite. Each type Pokémon has a name, which can both be used to refer to individual or all Pokémon of the same kind. Some so-called "legendary" Pokémon are the only representatives of their kind and in recent games are entities embodying a natural power. In general, the Pokémon can not pronounce their name, but there are some rare cases where Pokémon have learned a human language. Humans use these skills in their professional activities and the Caninos the Agent Jenny the help prosecute criminals.
