This anime is also known as Heaven's Lost Property. Small town surrounded by beautiful nature, "the city beautiful sky". 
Sakurai Tomoki live there is "peace is the best" was the motto of an ordinary student. But Ikaros,a girl who fell from the sky one day we will be more and more destroyed a peaceful day.
Ikaros ... unidentified winged creature fell from the sky, "Pet-Class Angeloid" claiming to be. Tatsuki Satoshi that first met on the ground "master" call. And that the primary purpose to entertain Tatsuki Tomo, has a strange card to fulfill his wish. No display of emotion, extreme inexperience. Tatsuki Tomo and among its people and send them every day, become a little more humanity.

Yoshida Hitomi & Hayami Saori
Hayami Saori,young voice actress/singer teams with Yoshida Hitomi,stage actress, singer, and voice actress merged as Blue Drops for the Opening theme of single "Ring My Bell" from the anime, Sora no Otoshimono or Heaven's Lost Property, and had both Hitomi & Saori's sing at once.
There are three versions of each song on the disk: a version with Hitomi singing lead and Saori singing back-up; a version with Saori singing lead and Hitomi behind her; and also the usual instrumental "karaoke" version. The Hitomi version of the OP is used in the anime, and the Saori version on the anime's radio show.
They chose the name "Blue Drops" from a short-list of three given them by the record company (Columbia Music Entertainment): "Blue Drops," "Tsubasa" ("wings"), and "Arutaaberu Berurashii" (call the angels).
