A brilliant high school detective Kudo Shinichi was involved in an incident certain to be a drink for the silence at the hands of drug crime organization. He is due to the action, had shrunk as infant body and transforms into a small boy.

High-Lows was a popular Japanese rock band that was created in 1995. The members are Koumoto Hiroto (vocal), Mashima Masatoshi (guitar), Betchi Nyannick (Bass), and Ooshima Kenzi (drums).
